Friday the 13th.
There are people who might call me borderline superstitious, but this particular date has never bothered me or caused me to be extra cautious when it comes around. This particular date still does not bother me or cause me to be extra cautious when it comes around. So when the funeral director confirmed if that was the date we wanted the funeral to be on, we said yes without a second thought.
Is the word I’d use to describe the first week of 2017 (and it’s only Monday).
The last hours of 2016 were spent with a few friends, eating pizza in the local park and watching the fireworks on TV in the home of a friend who was out somewhere else celebrating. It ended up that way because plans weren’t made properly, and paired with NYE on a Saturday it made it impossible for us to celebrate as late as we wanted with church early next morning.
It’s the last day of the year, and although I haven’t been on here in a few months, I wanted to squeeze in one last post before 2016 truly came to an end.
I remember last new year’s eve. I started writing…
I haven’t been on here in such a long time.
I’m not sure why – there’s probably a number of reasons that I could write down, but I won’t. I started this blog as a way to collate and document my experiences, feelings and thoughts, as well as a way to reflect on myself and record where I am in life currently. So I’m sorry if there’s anyone who’s genuinely interested in my blog, but this post won’t be very interesting to read.
Here’s a summary of my life at the moment.
A few months ago (is it really August already?!) Marsha and I were lucky enough to be able to attend Kyary Pamyu Pamyu’s 5ive Years Monster Tour concert in Sydney for free 🙂
